Placement in Hilma and assistance in placement in other high-tech companies.
Tavor is the only program that uniquely blends entry into the high-tech world with meaningful work and the opportunity to create lasting impact within entire communities.
In the program, you gain practical experience by developing projects for the public and social sectors, such as: government ministries, hospitals, NGOs, and local authorities.
In addition to theoretical and practical training, the program includes paid work for 6 months (at least 9,000 NIS per month), during which you gain further experience as junior developers.
Upon completion, you transition into development roles at HILMA or other high-tech companies.
"Immediately after completing the program, I started working at Hilma's Scale-Up Center as a full-stack developer.
Later, I moved to Matrix Medica to work as a developer."
"You made it possible for me to balance reserve duty under emergency call-up orders with my workdays in the program.
I joined graduates of the program who founded a social startup for recruiting volunteers – WEME
-and together, we continue to carry the social impact spirit!"
"I served in the first cohort of the Jordan Lions Battalion as a squad commander. I'm grateful for the opportunity I had to be part of the Tavor program. Toward the end of my training, I found a job as a full-stack developer at the startup Genie Apps in Herzliya. Thanks to the tools that Hilma provided me, I was able to advance and successfully integrate into the high-tech world."
